How Do I Check My Order Status?

Social Discount Depot allows you to see real-time updates of your order(s). You can track your individual items through the Track My Order page. We will send you your Tracking ID as soon as your order has been processed. In most cases order processing takes between 24-48 hours.

We get these prices from our wholesalers and we compare similar products available on the market. Our mission is to offer the best possible deal to you.

Why Don't I See The Same Deal On Your Website That I Saw Advertised On Facebook?

Even after we stop our Facebook advertisements, these posts are still Shared and Liked by our fans. We can't stop this since it's the way Facebook works.

Who Pays For Shipping On Items For Return?

Shipping on all return for refund items is at the expense of the buyer.

Do You Offer Refunds?

Yes - please return your item within 30 days of receipt.

Do You Provide Tracking Numbers For Shipped Items?

Yes - all our items are shipped with USPS Tracking. You will receive the ID via email within 3-5 days of placing the order.

Who Pays For Items Damaged During Transit?

How Long Does Shipping Take?

We endeavor to deliver your product(s) as soon as possible. 95% of our shipments from New York will be delivered to you within 7 days. Some products take longer between 2-4 weeks as this is completely dependent on our supplier's location.
